Junior Software Test Engineer
VMTurbo delivers Intelligent Workload Management solutions for Cloud and Virtualized environments. They utilize an Economic Scheduling (ES) Engine to dynamically adjust resource allocation to meet business goals and ensure customers get the resources they need to operate reliably, while utilizing IT infrastructure and human resources in the most efficient way.
Responsibilities
The candidate will work collaboratively with the Test and Development staff to build observable behavior Models, Test Charters, and execute Test Charters. In addition, they will assist in test environment configuration, including using tools to generate load in Virtual Infrastructures, VMs, Hosts, Storage, and Application Loads. This is a hands-on role where the tester will assisting with re-creating customer support questions, and automating system setup, tear down, etc
Required Skills and Experience
- 2-5 years of hands-on Software Testing experience testing enterprise or cloud applications.
- Experience with Virtualization Hypervisors: VMWare, Citrix XenServer or Microsoft Hyper-V
- Ability to work in a non-traditional software test team utilizing Rapid Software Testing
- Hands on professional who is comfortable recommending and implementing environmental efficiencies and scripting languages (Perl & Ruby a plus)
- Problem solver with excellent communication skills
- Start up experience a plus

Software Engineer
We are looking for a senior software engineer to become a key member of the top notch VMTurbo engineering team. You will be responsible for developing the important parts of the VMTurbo product suite to manage complex virtualized infrastructure based on unique and innovative technology..
Skill set :
- Thorough understanding of object oriented architecture and model driven architecture.
- Strong Java development and debugging skills. Knowledge of Eclipse EMF is a plus.
- Experience with developing complex multi-threaded applications.
- Experience with Flex Action Script UI development is a plus.
- Self-directed, eager to learn with a desire to work in a fast paced development environment.
- Knowledge of virtualization management is a plus.
Qualifications & experience requirements:
- BS or MS in computer science or related fields
- 5 years experience in software development
- Prior work experience with Java, XML, UI development.
- Prior software modeling experience.
- Prior experience in web based applications.

QA Automation Engineer
The QA Automation Engineer will be working with the VMTurbo engineering team and the development manager to design and implement a set of automation tools to establish the release and testing foundation for all VMTurbo products. This is a full time development position which will require deep understanding of software release and testing process and excellent knowledge of automation and scripting technologies. You will be responsible for creating and managing the release and testing tools which are going to be a key component in assuring high quality of the company management product suite.
Qualifications & experience requirements:
This role requires very strong programming skills and a working knowledge of Java, Eclipse, ANT, Perl, Shell and other scripting languages. A BS or MS in computer science or related fields is required.
